Paralio Astros ligt in Peloponnesos, in de prefectuur Arcadia. Het bevindt zich op 30 km afstand van Nafplio.<\/h2>\n

Paralio Astros bood voor een rustige, romantische wandelingen in de pittoreske haven met vissersboten zeilen, evenals het verkennen van de schilderachtige straatjes.<\/p>\n

Een middeleeuws Frankisch fort beveelt de hoogten van een schiereiland genaamd “The Island” dat uitsteekt om de haven te vormen.<\/p>\n

Paralio Astros ontleent zijn naam aan het stervormige schiereiland, de “Nisi” (‘Het eiland’). Bovenop de ‘Nisi’ domineert het oude kasteel. Het kasteel werd gebouwd in 1256 na Christus door prins William Villehardouin om de lokale bevolking te beschermen tegen aanvallen.
\nAan de voet van het kasteel is er een klein amfitheater gebouwd door de haven, waar culturele evenementen plaatsvinden tijdens de zomer. Ook is het belangrijkste grote plein bij de haven vol met caf\u00e9’s en tavernes die de hele dag open zijn, waar u kunt genieten van eten en een ontspannen koffietijd kunt hebben. Op het plein zijn geldautomaten en een bank en op een paar meter van het plein is een postkantoor en een politiebureau.<\/p>\n

Eten in Paralio Astros<\/h2>\n

Er zijn veel tavernes en visrestaurants aan de kustweg, die begint vanaf de “Nisi” (heuvel) tot de deuren (gebied).<\/p>\n

Vanaf het plein, vlak voor de parkeerplaats bij de haven, kunt u genieten van Grieks eten en pizza’s op het Paralio Astros-plein.<\/p>\n

Vanaf het plein tot de kleine pier zijn er veel Caf\u00e9 – Restaurants die Grieks eten, pizza en pasta serveren.<\/p>\n

Aan de hoofdstraat (straat Zafeiropoulou) die begint bij de kiosk op het plein, vind je winkels die fastfood verkopen met heerlijke Souvlaki, pannenkoeken en koele, koude Yaourtaki.!<\/p>\n

U kint visrestaurants vinden vanaf de kleine pier tot op de locatie Portes.<\/p>\n

Aan de andere kant van Paralio Astros naar Nafplio vindt u, in Glyfada plaats, Restaurant – Taverne met een geweldig menu met vis, vlees en Griekse gerechten.<\/p>\n

In het \u00abLa Luna\u00bb Caf\u00e9-Restaurant op de locatie, Portes (op 160 meter van Houdis Houses) kunt u de hele dag door genieten van ouzo, pizza, pasta en ander Grieks eten.<\/p>\n
